Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking an experienced OpCenter Senior Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MES development and will be responsible for managing governance, customer engagement, and coordination with manufacturing sites to ensure seamless operations and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance OpCenter EX DS, IPL, MOM Connect, and Mendix applications.
• Translate solution requirements and collaborate with the development team for implementation.
• Provide techno-functional analysis and assess the impact of changes and new requirements.
• Design and implement efficient solutions for complex business problems based on the Siemens OpCenter MOM platform.
• Offer product and technical guidance on OpCenter applications to team members.
• Handle incident management, problem management, service requests, and change management effectively.
• Ensure SLA and KPI compliance to maintain uptime and application availability.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand and support manufacturing and business processes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites to contextualize shop floor operations.
• Collaborate with MES COE, interfacing application teams, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Work with the product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, and implementations.
• Manage team performance, knowledge sharing, and governance reporting.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4-7 years of experience as an MES Developer (Any MES, OpCenter Discrete Preferred)
• Strong expertise in OpCenter EX DS, IPL, MOM Connect, and Mendix development
• Experience with incident management, problem management, service requests, and change management
• Ability to work on solution design based on the Siemens OpCenter MOM platform
• Strong coordination skills with MES COE, digital manufacturing teams, and interfacing applications
• Proven ability to provide technical and product guidance on OpCenter applications
• Strong communication and customer management skills
