Siemens DISW is looking for a driven, focused, and high-impact Specialized Account Executive with strong knowledge of banking, financial services, and enterprise-wide Data & Analytics. This will be an individual contributor role. The requirement is to orchestrate solutions across the complete data lifecycle and low-code/no-code platform for app development. You will be required to interact with senior profiles including C-suite to identify, develop, and close opportunities while managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts. You'll have the opportunity to work with Tier 1 banks and leading insurance companies that are naturally part of our customer base. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Build pipeline, deliver targets, and drive growth through a combination of Strategic, Tactical, and Transformative Opportunities 

Understand transformation initiatives in banks & financial services organizations and map how solutions contribute to those initiatives 

Sell complete portfolio solutions - Rapidminer and Mendix - into line of business & Technology divisions in the BFSI space, including Tier 1 banks and major insurers 

Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline; balance quick wins with long-cycle, complex deals 

Identification and development of net new accounts - create and execute major accounts' development plans that ensure consistent quarter-on-quarter revenue growth 

Work strategically with pre-sales to identify, create solutions, and deliver presentations to multiple personas within a given sales opportunity 

Become a trusted advisor by understanding customers' existing and future IT roadmaps; guide vision expansion and compress decision cycles 

Orchestrate cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance to ensure seamless customer engagement 

Presentation - create and perform compelling sales presentations (online and onsite) that match company solutions with identified needs 

Negotiation and Closing - balance company and customer objectives to create "win-win" business relationships; close both new accounts and expand existing ones 

Relationship Development - develop strong internal and external (customer and partner) relationships that foster sales teamwork, productivity, and revenue achievement 

CRM/Sales Tools - proper use of company's selected application to maintain sales records, activity, and accurate sales forecasting; complete forms, tasks, and sales reports as required by management 

Communication - consistent and effective internal/external communication; provide open, honest, and respectful feedback 

What We're Looking For: 

Bachelor's degree or above required 

10+ years Enterprise Sales experience with demonstrable success selling complex Business Process Management, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Business Analytics, or Data Science software solutions 

An understanding of industry trends and relevant business drivers 

Candidates must demonstrate a history of consistent sales quota achievement and hitting multi-million dollar annual revenue targets 

Excellent knowledge of company's products/services and pricing practices 

Proven selling skills, initiative, and ability to work independently 

Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 

Commercial & market awareness 

Both Direct and Channel Sales Experience preferred 

Business communication skill in English 

Background in working with and navigating within Financial Services, FinTech, or related field sales, especially with Data, Cloud & Analytics solutions 

Successful client management & robust sales experience with a proven track record of overachievement in selling complex solutions in competitive environments at the executive level 

Understanding of how the financial services industry operates in the areas of credit risk, fraud, payments/collections, and marketing 

Experience in selling Data & Analytics solutions into large global banks as well as regional banks 

Good understanding of core banking platforms, Cloud Data Strategy, ETL Tools, and Analytics platforms 

Familiarity with Apache Spark, data lakehouse concepts, knowledge graphs, or big data ecosystems (preferred) 

Proven ability to execute complex enterprise sales strategies and manage sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles 

Reputation for "Making Each Other Better" - building long-standing relationships with cross-functional partners and creating an inclusive work environment 

Comfort with 75% travel to customer sites for strategic engagement and deal closure
