Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Suit Sales Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, particularly in men's formal wear, and a proven track record in fashion retail. You will play a key role in the customer journey, from greeting clients as they enter the store to helping them find the perfect suit that matches their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner, providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Provide personalized styling advice, taking into account the customer's preferences, body type, and the occasion for which the suit is being purchased.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in men's fashion and formal wear to provide informed recommendations.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring the availability of a wide range of sizes and styles.
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers by providing follow-up services, such as alteration updates and satisfaction check-ins.

Requirements:

  • Preferred but not required: experience (3+ years) in fashion retail, specifically in men's formal wear.
  • Exceptional knowledge of, or willing to learn suit styles, fabrics, fits, and accessories.
