Job description

As a Memory Care Activities Assistant, you'll support the Memory Care Director in creating a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for residents living with memory challenges. Your enthusiasm and empathy will help residents feel connected, happy, and engaged.
Memory Care Activities Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Carries out monthly activity calendar with varied activities.
โ€ข Involves resident families, the community, and volunteers in activities to help the resident transition and maintain a satisfying wellbeing and positive state of mind.
โ€ข Encourages residents to participate in meaningful activities.
โ€ข Maintains all activity areas in a neat and orderly manner.
โ€ข Maintains community involvement.
Memory Care Activities Assistant Qualifications and Skills:
โ€ข Valid State issued driver's license and must be 21 years of age.
