Job description

Springfield Clinic, one of the largest multi-specialty physicians owned medical practices in Illinois, is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join their practice in Springfield, Illinois.

Established over 85 years ago, Springfield Clinic remains committed to quality, safety, service and innovation to improve the health and lives of people in central Illinois. With more than 650 doctors and advanced practitioners on our team, Springfield Clinic offers care in more than 80 specialties and sub?specialties through a network of medical offices and hospital affiliations across the region.

PRACTICE INFORMATION

  • Practice located at Springfield Memorial Hospital, 500 bed, Level I Trauma Center, Regional Burn Center, Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center
  • Recently renovated IR suites, with an Icano bi-plane and an Artis ceiling mounted single plane
  • Broad spectrum of Interventional procedures including: arterial, venous, gastrointestinal, genitourinary and musculoskeletal/spine procedures.
  • Interventional Radiology Oncology side of the practice includes: routine biopsies, vascular access procedures, TACE & thermal ablation and Y90
  • Work with 1 other interventional radiologist and 1 neuro-interventionalist and 2 APPs.
  • Diagnostic reading available during down time
  • Strong collaboration between specialists at Springfield Clinic and Medical Staff specialists at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

COMPENSATION/BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Competitive Associate Base salary with a 2 year guarantee of $650,000-(commensurate with experience)
