The Canadian division of AO Globe Life operates on a fully remote platform, allowing representatives to serve clients nationwide. Leads are generated through long-standing partnerships and internal systems rather than traditional cold prospecting. Representatives focus on education, relationship-building, and benefit administration.
AO provides structured training, mentorship from top-performing producers, and a performance-based advancement model that allows individuals to grow into leadership roles. The organization is unionized under Unifor Local 247 in Canada and offers weekly pay, bonuses, residual income, group benefits, annual convention company paid for, and incentive trips each quarter all across the world.
