Med-Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse - Full Time

Position Overview:
MLR.org is looking for a skilled Med-Surg/Telemetry RN to join our dynamic healthcare team in Central California. This is a great opportunity to provide exceptional care in a supportive, collaborative environment while working with patients in both the medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor vital signs and telemetry for changes, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans.
  • Assess patient conditions, document changes, and update care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care processes.
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Deliver patient-centered care in the med-surg and telemetry units.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Active California RN license.
  • Certification: BLS required, ACLS preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Acute/Med-Surg care is preferred.
