MedSpa Nurse

Position Summary

CURE is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly personable MedSpa Nurse (RN) to join our physician-led medical and aesthetics team. This role combines advanced aesthetic treatments, patient care, education, and exceptional hospitality.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, excellent aesthetic technique, a polished bedside manner, and a genuine interest in helping patients look and feel their best while maintaining the highest standards of safety and medical care.

Key Responsibilities

Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment recommendations within scope of practice and physician-approved protocols.
• Administer neurotoxins, including Botox and Dysport, as permitted by California law and CURE protocols.
• Assist with or perform dermal filler treatments as permitted and appropriately supervised.
• Perform PRP treatments for skin and hair restoration.
• Perform microneedling and other regenerative aesthetic treatments.
• Perform laser hair removal.
• Operate aesthetic laser and energy-based devices after appropriate certification and training.
• Provide advanced skin rejuvenation treatments, including treatments utilizing technologies such as Morpheus8, Lutronic Ultra, IPL and other CURE-approved devices.
• Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment education and follow-up.

Clinical & Patient Care

• Conduct patient intake, medical history review, vital signs and treatment preparation.
• Identify contraindications and escalate clinical concerns to the supervising physician.
• Assist physicians with medical and aesthetic procedures.
• Maintain accurate, timely and complete medical documentation.
• Follow all physician orders, standing protocols and clinical policies.
• Maintain appropriate infection-control and sterile-technique standards.
• Monitor patients before, during and after procedures.
• Respond appropriately to adverse reactions and clinical emergencies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Patient Experience

CURE operates within a luxury hospitality environment, and the MedSpa Nurse is expected to deliver a patient experience consistent with that setting.

• Welcome and educate patients in a warm, professional manner.
• Explain procedures, realistic expectations, recovery and aftercare clearly.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients.
• Help patients understand appropriate treatment options without using high-pressure sales techniques.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, front desk and hospitality teams to create a seamless experience.
• Maintain treatment rooms and patient areas at an exceptional standard.

Business & Team Responsibilities

• Support development of the CURE aesthetics program.
• Participate in patient education events, demonstrations and special programs.
• Assist with inventory management and proper storage of medications and medical supplies.
• Help maintain treatment protocols, safety procedures and quality-control standards.
• Participate in ongoing clinical and device training.
• Collaborate with the medical team on new aesthetic services and technologies.
• Support appropriate patient retention, follow-up and treatment-plan continuity.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Prior MedSpa, dermatology, plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with neurotoxins and aesthetic devices preferred.
• Laser certification/training where required.
• Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Professional, polished and service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work in a high-end medical and hospitality environment.

The ideal CURE MedSpa Nurse is clinically excellent while also understanding that the patient experience matters. We are looking for someone who is warm, confident, detail-oriented and comfortable caring for a sophisticated clientele.

The right candidate should be passionate about aesthetic medicine while maintaining a natural, medically appropriate approach to rejuvenation. Patient safety, trust and long-term relationships should always come before selling a procedure.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Some evenings, weekends, special events or hotel-related programs may be required.

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience, aesthetic expertise, certifications and schedule. Additional performance-based compensation may be available where permitted.
