Job description

Join a team that values your skill and experience. OTC Fleet Services is seeking a reliable, experienced Medium Duty Mechanic to support our Lancaster fleet operations. If you take pride in diagnostics, maintenance, and working in a professional, well-equipped shop, we want to meet you.

Main Duties:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on light to medium-duty trucks in-shop
  • Conduct State Inspections and Emissions testing, and related repairs
  • Diagnose and repair systems: engine, transmission, chassis, and electrical
  • Use diagnostic tools and road test vehicles for performance checks
  • Work independently, communicate clearly, and manage your tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one before starting)
  • PA State Inspection License & Emissions Certification
  • Your own hand tools (diagnostic & specialty tools are provided)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working on medium-duty vehicles
    (or equivalent technical certifications, education, and experience)
  • Basic computer skills and diagnostic software familiarity
