We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our Boca Raton, FL location.

This position focuses on receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping sensitive medical products while maintaining regulatory compliance, inventory accuracy, and proper equipment operation.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments.

Prepare supplies for order fulfillment.

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage orders.

Operate RF scanners to locate and retrieve products.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

Support operational workflow by cross-training and assisting with shipping as needed, depending on inventory workload and general business needs.

Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.

Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role.

Valid forklift certification.
