Medication Reminders often work with seniors, individuals with chronic conditions, or those with memory impairments. The goal is to promote adherence to treatment plans and improve overall health outcomes.

What does a medication reminder do?

A typical day as a Medication Reminder involves coordinating and tracking medication schedules, contacting or visiting clients to remind them to take their prescribed doses, and sometimes assisting with logging or reporting medication compliance. Depending on the employer, you may work independently or as part of a larger caregiving or healthcare team.
