Current Openings:

Full-Time: Days, 6am-2pm rotating weekends

Part-Time: Days, 6am-2pm rotating weekends / Evenings, 2pm-10pm rotating weekends / Overnights, 10pm-6am rotating weekends

What You’ll Do (Your Everyday Impact) 

Provide Safe Medication Support 

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and delegated by nursing staff.  

  • Ensure medications are documented accurately and timely according to community policies and state regulations.  

  • Observe residents for medication side effects, reactions, or changes in condition and report concerns promptly.  

  • Perform narcotic counts and medication cart audits per community policy.  

  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines at all times.  

Deliver Exceptional Resident Care 

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and transfers.  

  • Follow resident service plans and individualized care instructions.  

  • Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate support to residents.  

  • Assist with meal service, hydration, escorts to meals/activities, and resident engagement.  

  • Encourage resident independence, dignity, and socialization.  

Promote Safety & Teamwork 

  • Report resident changes, incidents, injuries, or safety concerns immediately to leadership or nursing staff.  

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.  

  • Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety procedures.  

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as assigned.  

  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.  

  • Support teamwork by maintaining positive communication and professionalism with coworkers, residents, and families.  

What You Bring to the Team 

Credentials & Experience 

  • Medication Aide/Medication Administration certification required (per state regulations).  

  • Caregiver or CNA experience preferred.  

  • Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred.  

  • CPR certification preferred.  

  • Valid driver’s license preferred (where applicable).  

Skills & Strengths 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  

  • Ability to safely administer and document medications accurately.  

  • Compassionate, resident-centered mindset.  

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.  

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency or high-pressure situations.  

  • Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.  

Physical & Schedule Requirements 

  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.  

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repositioning of residents.  

  • Ability to push medication carts and assist residents with mobility.  

  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.  

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
