This role is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while engaging with clients through our secure Simple Practice platform. The virtual environment promotes flexibility and comfort for both clients and therapists, facilitating effective communication through video conferencing and secure messaging. Baihealth provides robust support to ensure that each therapist can provide exceptional care without the burdens of insurance paperwork or administrative overhead.

• Conduct initial mental health assessments to understand clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that detail therapeutic goals and strategies that will be used throughout the course of therapy.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, maintaining high standards of client care and confidentiality.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet patients' evolving needs.
• Collaborate with other health professionals at Baihealth to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training programs and clinical supervision to continually enhance therapeutic skills.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Baihealth, you will work with a diverse client population that includes teens, adults, and couples. This role allows you to address a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our commitment to inclusivity means that therapists will engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive care is delivered at all times.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Strong experience in treatment planning, psychotherapy, and mental health counseling.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage clients in a virtual setting.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and address varying mental health issues.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with systems like Simple Practice or similar platforms would be beneficial.
