If you're an ASCP-certified Medical Technologist seeking a meaningful role in a vibrant, culturally rich city, Maurepas offers an excellent opportunity. What You'll Do:
  • Conduct Diagnostic Testing: Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood banking, to provide accurate and timely results that inform patient care decisions.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and supplies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret test results and contribute to patient care plans.
  • Educate and Support: Provide guidance and training to laboratory staff and assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
