About the Role

We're looking for a Medical Assistant to support our providers and deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-in to checkout. This role is hands-on โ€” assisting with treatments, prepping rooms, managing patient flow, and helping our clients feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of every step of the way.

What You'll Do
  • Room and prep patients for treatments (injectables, laser, skin, and wellness services)
  • Assist providers during procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room
  • Take patient histories, vitals, and photos as needed
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care
  • Maintain accurate patient charting and documentation
  • Sterilize and manage medical equipment and supplies per protocol
  • Support front desk and scheduling flow during busy periods
  • Help maintain inventory of medical and treatment supplies
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
