Job Summary

Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Service Sales Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for ย business development, service sales, deficiency quotations, and small contract projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work with Sales Manager to generate new sales and assist customers on current agreements
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify sales leads
  • Contribute to writing quotes and contracts for inspection services
  • Learn and apply sales techniques
  • Work on increasingly challenging and engaging real-work projects
  • Gain hands-on experience in each stage of the sales funnel
  • Other duties assigned
Qualifications
  • Marketing or sales degree preferred
  • Fire Protection experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
  • Must be disciplined and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as requiredย
