Job Summary and Qualifications:
What qualifications you will need:
  • 1+ years experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in a particular trade such as mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, stationary operating engineer, etc.
  • Certification preferred but not required

ABILITIES: · Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English. · Ability to read and understand facility drawings and technical documentation. · Ability to work with computer applications including e-mail, building automation systems, computerized maintenance management systems, fire alarm systems, etc. · Good critical thinking skills to understand and be able to troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. · Ability to learn and master computer, machinery and system operating procedures, · Customer service skills including effective listening
