EFW Radiology is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care!

The Role:

EFW Receptionists are responsible for completing the patient registration process efficiently and effectively, while providing an exceptional patient experience to all patients entering an EFW site.

Reporting to: Clinic Support Supervisor

Role Overview:

  • Warmly greet patients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
  • Monitor patient waiting room dynamics, ensuring timely communication about wait times and relevant information.
  • Adhere to privacy policies, safeguarding personal and health information.
  • Efficiently complete patient registration, recording accurate personal details.
  • Maintain patient records in the RIS system.
  • Respond professionally to patient inquiries in person or over the phone.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
  • Coordinate workflow for technical staff.
  • Retrieve patient records.
  • Manage clinic equipment and supplies.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

You have the following:

  • Completion of Medical Office Assistant Diploma Program preferred.
  • Previous healthcare environment experience is an asset.
