Front Office Assistant (Bilingual - Spanish Speaking Preferred) – Pediatric Outpatient Clinic


Location: Lawrenceville, GA (Primary) with flexibility to support Suwanee office

We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Office Assistant for a busy outpatient pediatric practice. This role is primarily based in Lawrenceville but requires flexibility to support the Suwanee location as needed.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Pay: $17/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in/check out patients
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations
  • Manage referrals and medical records
  • Maintain accurate patient demographics and registration
  • Provide general front office support in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual - Spanish Speaking (preferred)
  • Previous front office or medical office experience preferred
