  • Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage maintenance and calibration of lab instruments.
  • Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
  • Keep detailed records of procedures, mentor new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
  • Ensure a clean, safe laboratory environment, complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

  • Maintain active certification throughout your career with us.

  • Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in quality control and documentation practices.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive, market-competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Generous time-off policies starting from day one, with accrued vacation and holiday credits for experienced hires.
  • Ongoing education and professional development support to foster career growth.
  • A robust total rewards package designed for your overall wellness and satisfaction.

Participate in hands-on lab huddles, skill refreshers, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. You'll be encouraged to actively contribute with ideas, join committees, and mentor newcomers, creating an enriching environment for all.

Farmers markets spill over with seasonal produce and local delicacies, while cozy cafés serve as social hubs buzzing with life. Your days off may involve strolling along sun-kissed shores, indulging in outdoor festivals, or exploring the numerous hiking and biking trails that wind through scenic nature preserves. The community here is warm and welcoming, fostering bonds that extend beyond the workplace and into the broader community.
With convenient public transport and reasonable housing options, you can enjoy a wonderful quality of life, checking off spontaneous road trips and local events from your weekend itinerary without financial strain.
Creating Lasting Change Through Your Expertise
