Job description

Step into a pivotal laboratory role supporting patient care as a Generalist Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician. This contract opportunity is designed for candidates with expertise in diagnostic laboratory work and a strong background in operating in a generalist capacity.
Schedule:

  • Four 10-hour night shifts per week
  • 26-week assignment
Qualifications:
  • Certified Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
  • Successful completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Science or Technology program
  • Minimum of one year's experience working as a generalist in a clinical laboratory environment
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate, timely testing across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, blood bank, and other laboratory areas
  • Operate and troubleshoot complex laboratory instrumentation and equipment
