BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 30 hrs nights 9pm-730am: Week 1: Sunday/Tuesday/Wednesday Week 2: Tuesday/Friday/Saturday Week 3: Sunday/Tuesday/Wednesday Week 4: Tuesday/Friday/Saturday. Bachelors degree in medical lab tech or science required. ASCP MLS certification required (or equivalent national certifying agency), 2+ years in lab setting, Looking for a generalist PROFICIENT in blood bank, chemistry, hematology, coagulation and urinalysis, and gram stains. Position summary: Under the direction of the Director, Supervisors, and Chief of Pathology, the Medical Lab Scientist 2 is responsible for maintaining a functional laboratory section(s) to meet the needs of patient care. Upholds the policies of the laboratory and ensures the quality of the work, while maintaining a pleasant and efficient work atmosphere. No locals. Epic EMR experience required. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months, and in good standing, to be considered.
