Hourly Pay: $24.00 - $39.00 per hour (DOE & License)
Part Time
Shifts Available (evening or overnight):
  • Evening (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Overnight (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care, including routine health needs and medical emergencies.
  • Administer and document medications accurately, including controlled substances.
  • Conduct timely health assessments and monitor vital signs, weight, mood, and behavior
  • Coordinate lab work and accompany residents to medical appointments
  • Communicate relevant medical information to parents, the Nursing Director, and Treatment Team
  • Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers to support treatment plans
  • Participate in an on-call rotation ensuring 24/7 medical support
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21 years of age
  • Active LPN or RN license in the State of Utah
