Are you an Amazing Medical Assistant???  

Entech Medical is seeking a dedicated and dependable Medical Assistant who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients. Our busy and welcoming Family Practice is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to become an integral part of our healthcare team. In this role, you'll work alongside dedicated providers to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment where your skills and contributions are truly valued.

We are seeking a MA that has strong communication skills, patient care and great clinical and administrative skills. If you are pationate about helping patients of all ages receive to receive excellent healthcare, please apply.  

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7a-6p, (Thurs-off), Friday: 7am-4pm.

(This is a full time temporary assignment with Entech Medical Staffing with potential for hire based on performance, attendance, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and escort them to the examination room
  • Conduct patient intake and obtain vital signs
  • Manage and maintain accurate medical records in EMR system
  • Administer injections and vaccines
  • Specimen handling, running standard point of care tests, EKG's
  • Provide patient education on treatment and care
  • Support clinical procedures and assist healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or gen. equiv.
  • Medical Assistant Diploma/Certificate or state certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in medical assisting
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or willing to obtain
  • Knowledge of EMR systems, Athena a plus
  • Must have excellent attendance and reliable transportation
