Job Description
  • Processing and data entry of inventory transactions such as work orders, moves, adjustments, receipts, teardowns, restocks, and audit forms.
  • Investigating missing product and resolving discrepancies.
  • Processing returns and damaged product.
  • Help with physical inventories of cycle counts as needed.
  • File maintenance of inventory records.
  • Using a stock-picker forklift for various required inventory tasks.
  • Following customer specific requirements .
  • Adhering to facility recycling and material handling practices.
  • Communicating with co-workers and supervision in a positive, professional manner.
  • Complying with all facility safety and work rules; including, but not limited to security requirements, and following proper procedures for accident/incident reporting, emergency evacuation, etc.
  • Represent RR Donnelley Supply Chain Solutions in a professional manner.
  • Identify when an error is presented and take appropriate actions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed work instructions for all tasks within the inventory department, working with Inventory team and cross-functional teams, as needed.
  • Assist in development of training guide for new inventory team members.
  • Certifying for forklift operation
  • Cross-train in cycle counting
  • Providing additional coverage support and guidance whem team supervisor is out-of-office.

The work environment is clean, comfortable and climate controlled.  The shift is Monday through Friday from  6:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing inventory role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity in Google workspace and platforms.
  • Desire and ability to focus on postive teamwork; confidence to bring suggestions to leadership for review.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and utilize critical thinking skills to overcome challenges.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.

Disclosure Statement:

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $18.45 to $22.04 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include  overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay. RRD offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
