Job description

Agiliti is a leading manufacturer and service provider of medical and surgical equipment. We partner with clinicians to help them stay patient-ready.
We're hiring an experienced Imaging Service Engineer to support Integris Health, based at Integris Baptist Medical Center and servicing imaging equipment across all Integris locations. This role requires strong hands-on experience with GE CT and MR systems and a commitment to equipment reliability, patient safety, and customer satisfaction. This position is onsite Monday-Friday.
What you'll do
  • Service, troubleshoot, and maintain high-end medical imaging systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and QA in compliance with ISO and regulatory standards
  • Support imaging applications, software, DICOM, Windows, and Linux environments
  • Partner with clinical teams to ensure system uptime and performance
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support and escalate issues to OEMs as needed

What you bring
  • 12+ years supporting high-end medical imaging equipment
  • Required experience with GE CT/MR
  • Strong technical, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to support a healthcare environment with occasional off-hours needs
