As a facilities professional, you understand how strategic coordination, disciplined field validation, and attention to detail drive successful installation project execution. We need an experienced facilities specialist who can apply analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and strong communication to support installation project coordination across Marine Corps regional and headquarters environments.

On our team, you will be serving as both a Lead Technical Site Analyst and as a Project Liaison for installation-level projects. You will synthesize inputs from installation stakeholders, support project tracking across multiple commands, and contribute to structured reporting that gives leaders visibility into field conditions, emerging risks, and progress toward mission-aligned outcomes. Your ability to blend technical site analysis with coordinated project facilitation will help maintain mission readiness across Marine Corps installations.

Join us as we support enterprise installation oversight and deliver accurate, missionaligned project coordination for the Marine Corps.

  • Knowledge of FSRM, MILCON, installation planning processes, or facility project lifecycle requirements
  • Knowledge of the Unified Facilities Criteria, International Building Codes, and other facility related codes and standards
  • Ability to support dashboard development, project data analysis, or workflow improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, facilities management, construction management, or a related field preferred; Master's degree in engineering, architecture, business, planning, or construction management a plus
