Job description

The RFA Account Executive (RFA AE) is responsible for driving adoption and utilization of Hologic's Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) technologies, including Sonata and Acessa, within assigned hospitals and surgery centers. This role focuses on consultative sales, clinical education, and strategic account management to ensure successful implementation and growth of Hologic's minimally invasive solutions for uterine fibroid treatment.

 

Basic Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and clinical staff.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide clinical training for healthcare providers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including capital equipment and disposable sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in women's health or surgical devices.
  • Proven success in consultative selling and capital equipment sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
 

Licenses, Certifications, Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements.
 

Skills

  • Expertise in medical device sales and clinical workflows.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements

  • Since this position requires you to drive extensively during the workday a valid driving license and driving record satisfactory to the Company, as well as a serviceable vehicle available for work use is mandatory. Overnight travel required up to 50%, which will depend on the territory

The total compensation range for this role is 150,000-210,000. This is based on a base salary and commission plan combination. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/ geography, education, business needs, market demand and performance versus quota.
