Operator I - Medical Assembly

Location: Minnetonka, MN
Pay: $18.75/hour (1st Shift) | $19.25/hour (2nd Shift)

1st shift - 430am-3pm - Monday-Thursday
2nd shift- 4pm-230am - Monday-Thursday
Schedule: Full-Time
Position Type: Contract / Temporary to Hire

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Operator I team members to join a growing manufacturing operation in Minnetonka, MN. In this role, you will perform routine assembly and production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following quality, safety, and production standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated production environments.

Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly and production operations according to established procedures and work instructions.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Complete and maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability documentation.
  • Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Operate production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on workstations and equipment.
  • Utilize computer systems and electronic data collection tools to record production information.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Communicate production issues, ideas, and solutions effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Support company policies, quality standards, environmental requirements, and safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve daily production goals.
QualificationsRequired
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
