As a Field Sales Representative, you will help drive residential growth by introducing customers to C Spire's Fiber and Wireless services while developing a successful career in outside sales. You'll build meaningful customer relationships through neighborhood canvassing, lead follow-up, referrals, and consultative selling, helping customers find the technology solutions that best fit their needs.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

  • Prospect assigned residential territories through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood outreach.

  • Develop new sales opportunities by working company-provided leads, customer referrals, and follow-up activities.

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through daily prospecting, appointments, and customer interactions.

  • Accurately prepare and submit customer orders using approved sales systems and processes.

  • Achieve or exceed established sales, customer retention, and customer experience goals.

  • Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings to continuously improve sales performance.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds of materials and travel throughout assigned sales territories. Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
