Job Summary
Airspace is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support our supply chain, inventory management, and distribution processes. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and understand the importance of time-sensitive healthcare logistics, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems (SMS.).
  • Partner with Customer Service, and operation teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Track and investigate shipment delays
  • Prepare shipping documentation (packing lists, labels, documentation).
  • Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve order accuracy and delivery times.
  • Coordinate returns and pickups

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or operations experience-medical device or pharma preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
