Job description

Sentec is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to diagnose, repair, calibrate, and test complex medical and respiratory devices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems and takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and technical craftsmanship. 

What You'll Do 

  • Perform bench-level diagnostics, repair, calibration, and functional testing of medical devices 
  • Install, configure, and validate hardware and software upgrades 
  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting support to internal teams and customers 
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues and improve performance 

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on technical repair experience (electronics, mechanical, or electromechanical systems) 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Technology, Biomedical Equipment Technology, or similar (preferred)
  • Medical device or regulated industry experience a plus 
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on repair with documentation and compliance
