Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Van Driver (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Van Driver (CNA), you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical appointments, as well as ensuring their overall well-being during transportation. Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, following their healthcare providers' instructions

  • Monitor patients' condition and adjust transportation plans as needed to ensure their safety and comfort

  • Provide basic care to patients during transportation, including assistance with eating, drinking, and using the restroom

  • Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including mileage, dates, and any incidents
