Job description

DAT Corp is a Disabled Veteran Owned delivery and transportation company that works closely with FedEx Ground to provide superior delivery service to customers in the Atlanta Area. We are currently accepting applications for delivery driver positions.

The successful candidates will possess a solid foundation of safe driving skill, basic computer skills, be comfortable working with smart phone/tablet operating and mapping systems.

We are currently accepting applications for full time drivers to work flexible schedules 2-3 days per week, with most availability needed on Saturday and Sunday. We begin work at 7:30 am at the Ellenwood FedEx Terminal and end when all packages have been delivered or attempted. Pay day is every Friday and the starting salary is $130/day after training.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner

· Load and unload vehicle

· Collect on unpaid orders and shipments

· Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle

· Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

· Valid driver’s license

· Clean driving record

· Ability to handle physical workload (packages up to 150 lbs)

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Able to pass both a DOT physical and drug test

· Professional driving experience (preferred)
