NTT DATA currently seeks a PACS Data Entry to join our team in the US.

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented PACS Data Entry / Service Desk Analyst to support a Spectra Data PACS environment. This role focuses on data entry and operational support, ensuring smooth radiology workflow processes in a system currently lacking dynamic PACS workflow assignments for radiologists.

This position is ideal for candidates who are process-driven, reliable, and able to follow established knowledge base (KB) procedures while applying critical thinking to resolve issues.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry within the PACS system

  • Act as a Service Desk Analyst, handling basic PACS-related support tasks

  • Follow established Knowledge Base (KB) articles and standard operating procedures

  • Support radiology workflow processes in a static/non-dynamic PACS assignment environment

  • Identify and escalate issues when workflows do not align with documented procedures

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely processing

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain operational efficiency

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 1+ years of data entry experience

  • 1+ year experience with service desk operations or support environments

  • High School Diploma/GED

Preferences:

  • Experience working with PACS systems or in a radiology/healthcare IT environment (preferred but not required)

  • Prior experience in data entry or service desk roles

  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($20-$22/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits
