  • Sign-on bonus: Earn $300 upon successful completion of your first 30 days. Eligibility requires remaining active and in good standing, with no excessive call-outs, for 30 days following your first scheduled route
  • Daily cashout or bi-weekly direct deposit - your choice, configured during onboarding

What a typical route looks like:
  • Report to the dispatch location to pick up supplies and materials for your route
  • Run your assigned stops using our driver app - it handles navigation, stop details, scheduling, and real-time dispatch support throughout

You
  • 21 years of age or older
  • A satisfactory driving record- a motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Ability to lift and carry loads up to 25 lbs
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills - on-demand drivers especially must be comfortable navigating multiple locations under time pressure
  • Prior experience in delivery, rideshare, or medical courier services (e.g, Amazon, FedEx, Uber Lyft) is a plus but not required. We welcome all applicants

What We Provide
  • Rapid Medical uniform and ID badge provided at no cost to you
  • Full onboarding before your first shift: HIPAA training, specimen handling certification, app walkthrough, and supervised ride-alongs
  • Real-time dispatch support on every route, start to finish

What We Expect
  • Arrive on time
  • Conduct yourself professionally at all pickup and delivery locations
  • Inspect specimen count and packaging at every stop - always keep specimens temperature controlled
  • If you need time off, we require 14 days' advance written notice so we can arrange route coverage, per the terms of your contractor agreement
  • Contact dispatch immediately if anything appears damaged, improperly packaged, or if you encounter any issues on route
