We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Peoria, IL. This role is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and handyman services for residential properties, including apartments and homes. The ideal candidate will have experience with basic plumbing, basic electrical work, basic carpentry, and general property maintenance. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot maintenance issues, and provides excellent service to residents and property owners.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs for residential properties.
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains and repairing sinks.
• Complete light electrical work, including replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches.
• Perform carpentry duties, including drywall repair and door adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues independently.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and common maintenance equipment effectively.
• Provide excellent service to residents and property owners.

• Experience in residential maintenance, apartment maintenance, or property maintenance.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues independently.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Experience in apartment communities or multi-family housing.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with painting, flooring repairs, and drywall finishing.
• Preventative maintenance experience.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
