Location: Fairfield, CT 06824

Job Position: CPC Medical Billing Coder
Description: 60 Years in business. Our client is a healthcare organization committed to delivering top-quality services to their patients.
CPC Billing Coder
CPC-$23-27 DOE
Must Have two years of experience
Hours- 8:30AM-5:30PM Earlier or later would work too. They start at 8:00 AM
They are seeking a detail-oriented billing specialist to join their billing department.
Certificate must be Hema or APC (American Professional Coders)
Responsibilities:
Post charges, payments, and refunds accurately.
Handle denial claim follow-up and accounts receivable/payable.
Conduct credentialing, transmit claims, and manage prior authorizations.
Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and clearinghouses.
Assist with monthly closing, auditing notes, and daily deposits.
Requirements:
Prior experience in medical billing and coding.
Proficiency in billing software and EMR systems.
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing processes and insurance claims.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
