Role Overview:

The Code Sensei is the front-line mentor and coach, working directly with students ("ninjas") to guide them through coding challenges while creating a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with kids, technology, and helping others grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide students through coding curriculum and projects
  • Help ninjas build problem-solving, logic, and critical thinking skills
  • Provide encouragement, support, and individualized coaching

Dojo Experience:

  • Create a positive, high-energy, and safe environment
  • Maintain awareness of all students on the floor

Parent Communication:

  • Provide feedback to parents on student progress
  • Support tours and help demonstrate the Code Ninjas experience
  • Represent the brand positively with families and guests

  • Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented culture

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children (mentoring, tutoring, coaching, etc.)
