Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Claims Review Specialist to join our team!

As the Claims Review Specialist, your responsibilities will include prior authorizations, answering questions regarding prior authorizations, apply for prior authorizations and communicate with facilities and physicians, work daily rejects, communication with internal departments.

Qualifications

  • Current Pharmacy Technician License in the appropriate state
  • Experience in a Pharmacy setting
  • Knowledge of billing procedures, working with insurance processors
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with high attention to detail
