Medical Center Cleaner – Novi, MI

Immediate Openings | Paid Training | No Experience Required

Corporate Cleaning Group is a trusted leader in the commercial cleaning industry. We pride ourselves on reliable service and a supportive team culture—and we’re looking for dependable individuals to join our evening cleaning team!


Job Details:

Position: Cleaner for Medical Center

Location: Novi, MI (Beck & 12 Mile)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay: $15/hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit


Key Responsibilities:

  • Vacuuming (backpack and upright vacuums)
  • Dry and wet mopping floors
  • Trash removal (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
  • Dusting and wiping surfaces
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
  • Cleaning glass and mirrors
  • Restocking paper products and soap dispensers
  • Turning off lights and securing the building at the end of the shift
  • Completing a nightly checklist using a mobile app on your phone
  • Receive feedback from managers and correct any critiques

Preferred Qualification:

  • Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Positive work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and punctual
Requirements:
  •  Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
