Job description

Position Overview

Marketing professional responsible for assisting with, developing, and executing content marketing strategies for PureLine, a leading manufacturer of chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) sanitization and disinfection solutions. This role combines technical marketing, content creation, web development, and multi-industry campaign management to support internal teams, drive lead generation, and improve customer engagement across several diverse market segments.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

  • Create and distribute monthly industry-specific email newsletters targeting 4-5 vertical markets (Food & Beverage, Water Treatment, Medical Device Sterilization, MENA, and Oil & Gas)
  • Develop technical content highlighting ClO₂ applications, benefits, and regulatory compliance relevant to each industry
  • Manage blog writing strategy to maximize SEO/GEO, demonstrate PureLine subject matter expertise, and educate customers. Write three 500-word blog post per week with compelling meta descriptions, subject lines, and feature images to maximize open rates and engagement
  • Develop and/or distribute press releases as needed through trusted newswires.
  • Periodically monitor web traffic and ad performance and present analytics to supervisor and maintain a record of performance over time
  • Maintain marketing database with past work, files, logos, documents, published research, etc., as well as up to date files and documents.
  • Update and create reporting and action items via PureLine’s CRM
  • Review and edit social content and provide final approval for release

Content Creation & Technical Writing

  • Develop white papers, case studies, and other technical documents explaining ClO₂ chemistry, applications, and advantages in an effort to demonstrate the value PureLine provides
  • Develop industry-specific content addressing unique challenges in food safety, water disinfection, healthcare, medical device sterilization, oil and gas, and other industrial settings
  • Create and edit product documentation such as specification sheets, sales sheets, price sheets, accessory sheets, etc. for multiple proprietary PureLine products.
  • Translate complex technical information into accessible, customer-focused messaging, coordinating with internal teams (engineering, sales) to ensure accurate technical positioning
  • Create miscellaneous content as requested (webinar banners, eBlasts, PowerPoint editing, etc.)
  • Make simple video edits for various purposes.
  • Assist in website management as needed. Keeping documents up to date, making edits when needed, testing page speeds and employing best practices to maximize user experience

AI Tool Usage & Development

  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance job efficiency, production, and quality. For instance, in blog writing, newsletter development, white paper development, etc.
  • Utilize AI assistance to accelerate front-end development workflows, generating clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code while maintaining full understanding and ownership of technical implementation
  • Support ad-hoc sales team requests and develop automations utilizing AI Agents.
  • Integrate AI tools into problem-solving workflows to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize code performance, and implement advanced features
  • Document and refine AI collaboration patterns to create reusable workflows, establishing best practices for AI-augmented marketing and development tasks that can be transferred to successors or automated systems

Required Skills & Competencies
