What You’ll Do

As a BCBA, you will:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs

  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs

  • Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions

  • Provide caregiver training and support

  • Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

  • Treatment plan reviews

  • Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs

What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Experience working with children preferred

  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

  • A collaborative, team-focused approach

  • Passion for helping children and families
