Job Description:
Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real impact? Join our dynamic in-office team at our innovative telehealth clinic as a Medical Assistant! In this essential role, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, reviewing vital signs and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure our remote patients receive top-notch support. If you have strong clinical skills and a passion for exceptional patient service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient vitals, from blood pressure to heart rate, and document results meticulously for provider review.
  • Partner with healthcare providers to manage remote patient data and ensure timely follow-ups for any abnormal readings.
  • Energize communication between remote patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries with enthusiasm and guidance.
  • Keep our electronic health records (EHR) organized and accurate, ensuring all patient information is up-to-date and compliant with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to craft and implement comprehensive patient care plans based on vital signs and clinical findings.
  • Educate patients and fellow nurses on effective health monitoring techniques and the importance of accurate reporting for remote care.

Qualifications:
