Role Description


The Grant Administrative Student Intern is a full-time, on-site role located in Greeneville, TN. This position supports grant-related activities, including assisting with proposal preparation, organizing documentation, and maintaining filing systems. The intern will help track deadlines, monitor budgets, and compile data and reports required for grant compliance. Daily tasks include conducting background research on funding opportunities, communicating with internal stakeholders, and contributing to draft proposals and related materials. The intern will also assist in developing, producing, and managing social media content related to grants, institutional development activities, funded projects, donor and foundation engagement, and the communication of grant-funded accomplishments and impact. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing summaries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for grant projects.
