KSHR Advisory is partnering with Human Longevity, Inc. (HLI) to recruit a Medical Assistant to join HLI's clinical team in South San Francisco, California.

The Opportunity

As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting HLI's clinical team. The position combines hands-on clinical support, client coordination, phlebotomy, and administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment, and committed to providing a high level of care and discretion.

What You'll Do

  • Client Interaction & Coordination: Serve as a welcoming point of contact for HLI clients, route calls promptly and efficiently, manage scheduling, and coordinate appointment follow-ups.
  • Support the Medical Team: Coordinate results reviews and post-visit planning with the clinical team to help ensure clients receive timely information and personalized care.
  • Own the Client Experience: Guide clients throughout their HLI clinical visit and coordinate the final wrap-up process, helping ensure they understand their next steps.
  • Clinical Support: Support clinical activities, including phlebotomy and the tracking and handling of diagnostic kits and specimens.
  • Confidentiality & Trust: Protect client privacy and maintain medical and personal information with the highest level of discretion and in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate electronic and paper records and support efficient day-to-day clinical office operations.
  • Flexible Support: Provide after-hours or weekend assistance when needed to support HLI clients and clinical operations.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Medical Assistant
  • Phlebotomy Certification (CPT)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, such as Veradigm
