Position Summary
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by assisting with daily care needs and providing compassionate support. Your dedication and attention to detail will help ensure our residents receive the dignity, respect, and exceptional care they deserve.
Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
  • Answer call lights promptly and courteously
  • Assist residents during meals as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies
  • Promote resident independence while ensuring safety and comfort
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
  • Current South Dakota CNA certification, or ability to obtain certification
  • Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
