What is available:

  • 0.9 FTE, 72 hours bi-weekly

  • Monday - Friday, Days (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

  • Location: Onalaska Clinic

  • No weekend or holiday hours required

What you will do:

  • Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients by greeting them with a warm and welcoming smile and setting the tone for their appointments

  • Enjoy variety in your role-pre-visit planning, medication refills, and supporting nurses with in-basket work

  • Room patients, take vitals, and keep charting accurate and up-to-date

  • Collaborate with schedulers to ensure provider calendars run smoothly

  • Engage in hands on experience assisting providers with procedures and processing equipment

  • Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need:

  • Graduate of a Medical Assistant program, Practical Nursing program or Vocational Nurse program or have completed education to be eligible for NCLEX-PNORHigh School Diploma or equivalency and attained a Medical Assistant Certification

  • BLS for healthcare workers

  • Medical Assistant Certification within 15 months of hire date.
