We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and dependable individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position is designed for those who are eager to grow into a leadership role within the jewelry and pawn industry. You'll receive hands-on training in store operations, sales, lending, inventory management, and customer relations while preparing to lead a team and manage. As a Manager-In-Training, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. You will motivate your team, build customer loyalty, and achieve ambitious sales and operational targets. This role is ideal for a leader with a proven track record in business development and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn all aspects of daily pawn and retail operations
  • Assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales transactions
  • Evaluate jewelry, electronics, tools, and other merchandise for loans and purchases
  • Support and lead sales initiatives to achieve store goals
  • Assist in inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention

Skills and Qualifications
