About the Position
As a Medical Billing and Coding Instructor with CHCP, you will deliver the curriculum to help students achieve their educational goals while ensuring ethical conduct and sound educational practice occur. You will do so by managing your classrooms and promoting a positive and engaging learning environment as you provide support, tutoring, and other assistance as needed. The Medical Billing/Coding Instructor will "model" professional behavior, language, and activities for your students, so a strong background in medical billing and coding will be vital as you train the next generation of allied health care workers.

Requirements
  • One of the following certifications:
    • Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS)
    • Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
  • 4 years of experience in Medical Billing and Coding
